Drill 2002

Redwood County EMS Association was originally formed to help Redwood County's Office of Emergency Management plan for disaster. Our main goal was to buy, modify, and stock a trailer that could be pulled to the scene of a Mass Casualty Incident. The Emergency Response trailer is equipped with communications and other equipment so it can be used for "Incident Command". It is also stocked with enough first aid supplies to treat about 200 patients. These supplies are intended to help restock ambulance supplies as needed. Below are a couple pictures of our trailer and a list of the equipment it currently carries.

Planning for the worst
To help prepare for the worst, the Redwood County EMS Association has helped plan Redwood Counties Disaster drills for the last 10 years.  Each year poses new challenges for the crews as well as a great opportunity to work and train together.

Drill 2002 - Farm accident with a unplanned twist or maybe twister...

This years drill, being well planned, changed in a matter of minutes.  Check out photos from this years drill.
